Daring Do

Now begin the listings of Bronycon exclusive pieces! I love Daring Do (I usually cosplay as her at pony conventions) so I wanted to do something fun that had storytelling elements to it.

This is a big one, she measures 6 1/2 tall at the hat, the body is about 5 1/2 inches from hoof to tail, and the base is 5 inches long. The treasure piece is 2 inches tall and is a separate piece, so you can have some fun by putting different things on the stand for a make your own adventure type deal. That little statue was the devil to make and paint, so I don't think I'll be doing that again anytime soon. Other than that, I'm really happy with the way this piece turned out.

Made of super Sculpey and Sculpey firm over a wire and foil armature, painted with acrylics, and sealed with matte spray. This piece will be available at my Bronycon table somewhere in the $100 range.
