Lyra and Bon Bon Sculpt by CadmiumCrab Lyra and Bon Bon Sculpt by CadmiumCrab
Just a higher quality shot of this two piece Lyra and BonBon sculpt. They're constructed to interlock but aren't attached.

They're made of super sculpey, painted with acrylics, and sealed with matte spray. Lyra is about 4 inches tall, BonBon measures 3 inches long.

They are currently available, $80 for the set. Drop a note if you're interested!

Practice! I've logged HOURS of claytime (seriously, the number would probably depress me). Get some super sculpey at Michael's (use a coupon!) and get going.

There's a few different types of sculpey: Sculpey 3 (the colored stuff), Sculpey original, Sculpey firm, and super Sculpey. Sculpey 3 can be inconsistent in terms of workability and tend not to smooth as nicely or bake up as sturdily as firm or super. Original is terrible, its mushy and comparable to working with marshmallow fluff. Firm is near unworkable unless blended with super, but is the sturdiest and best for sculpted detail like fur or feathers. Super is my favorite and what i find to be the most versatile. All of the sculpeys can be used together and have different uses. I would just steering clear of original.
